In the afternoon, visit to the Saint Anthony’s Basilica, that locals call the Saint. It’s the main monument in Padua and one of the greatest artistic masterpiece worldwide. It is possible to follow a real artistic path inside it: Saint Anthony’s Chapel or Arc’s Chapel, the Black Madonna’s Chapel, the Blessed Luke’s Chapel, the Remains’ Chapel or Treasure’s Chapel, the Presbytery and the High Altar. We’ll have a walk to Prato della Valle, among the largest squares in Europe, where we’ll admire its double ring of statues. In the end, Piazza delle Erbe and Piazza della Frutta, the city’s traditional commercial centres. On our way back, we’ll stop in Noale, the town that more than any other brings back the medieval atmosphere in Venice’s district. Here, we’ll visit the Tempesta’s Castle, built to contain the attempts of raids from the towns around. Return to Venice.
